Therefore, our company has developed its own CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy, which it has been successively implementing since 2017. In the responsible way in which our company operates, we take into account the interests of our employees, customers and the local community with sustainable ways and respect, thus contributing to the competitiveness of the company.
At the stage of building our company’s strategy, we focused on three types of relations: with our clients, with our staff and with the local community.

We stimulate our employees by conducting educational activities that provide opportunities to develop and improve their competences. What is more, the introduction of optimal, transparent management systems, monitoring of working time and project profitability costs allows for free and effective work. We promote a balance between professional and private life and take care of employee integration. Thanks to ATS Akanza Lublin club, our employees can also volunteer for pro-social initiatives.
Our company is honest and fair in its business commitments. Satisfaction of our contractors is a measurable measure of our success, so we want them to trust us. We regularly implement new tools that enable mutual communication. We are responsible for maintaining our clients’ projects and gradually eliminating emerging barriers. The responsibility of our company also applies to practices related to the education of Lublin’s high schools and universities. We regularly train young talents in entrepreneurship and New Technologies. The organization of programming classes for children and young people is also familiar to us. All forms of active leisure are no stranger to us. As part of our strategy of responsible business, in 2019 we established the table tennis club ATS Akanza Lublin, currently playing in the second league of the Lublin Regional Table Tennis Association. Thanks to regular trainings and organization of IT companies’ table tennis championships and professional show matches, we promote an active lifestyle – extremely important when working sedentary. Our main goal is to popularize table tennis among IT industry employees and sports competition space for players from all over Poland.
It is our moral duty to help those who need it. That is why we regularly support the Little Prince’s Hospice for Children in Lublin in a material and promotional way. During the Championships of IT companies in table tennis, we actively collect funds for dressing materials and medical equipment for the hospice’s charges. In 2020 we also plan to organize the second edition of the Championships in order to provide the centre with even more funds.
