The development work concerned the creation of a mobile application for GAMA store chain using iBeacon transmitters. The technology used in the project is Ionic, which allows creating hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS systems. In addition to the mobile application, we have also prepared a CMS, which enables the management of the entire system, including functions allowing for the configuration of beacons.
The GAMA mobile application provides information about current promotions tailored to the user, and thanks to iBeacon technology, the person using the application has personalized offers.Other features of the app include shopping lists, preview of current and archived promotional newspapers, and access to a recipe database where we can add ingredients to our shopping lists with one click.
