Works on the system were carried out in close cooperation with an experienced IT service integrator Infovide-Matrix S.A. The cooperation resulted in a successful implementation. PGE eBOK replaced 5 other IT systems that had been operating even since 2005. We are particularly proud of the PGE eFaktura service, which makes it possible to give up on a paper invoice in exchange for online access.
PGE Obrót received the PayU Lab Award in the “eCustomer Experience – Energy” category.
